Item return time

You have a period of 7 business days after receiving of your package for any exchange or refund.
You must respect the return deadlines displayed above, outside of this period, we will not be able to settle your request.

No exchange or refund possible for final sale or sale products.

** If you receive your package and it is damaged, please notify us immediately by providing us with photo proof so that we can contact the carrier service. **

 

Shipping and return costs

The shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are neither refundable nor exchangeable for a credit. We will send you a prepaid carrier label and you will need to follow the instructions in the return confirmation email. Once the package is in our possession and verified that the contents are in their original condition, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the amount of the item and you will be refunded the remaining amount afterwards. If you want to make an exchange, the costs of sending the new product are at your expense.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

In summary, outgoing and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Quality inspection

The products are all examined before being carefully packed and shipped. You must return the item(s) in their original condition and protected as they were when received. We reserve the right to refuse a return if there is a lack of protection. Ideally, return your items in their original packaging if possible.

Aspect of creation

Note that the colors of the stain on the wood species may be slightly different than the final product due to lighting, screen resolution and position may affect the result. We work in ways to give the necessary efforts to present to you in image what the final product will be. As for the fonts, they can have different characteristics depending on the letters chosen. Unfortunately, we will not be able to replace an item if the color or font is not exactly as estimated.
