CREATION OF YOUR PRODUCTS

Generally speaking, the processing and design time is 3 to 10 business days.
You will receive an email telling you when your order has been sent to the carrier. If you need to cancel an order please do so as soon as possible as once the project has started no refunds will be accepted.

PRIORITY ORDER

An urgent need?

Please contact us before placing your order to see if, depending on traffic, a shorter delay is possible for an additional price to upgrade to priority order.

DELIVERY

For Standard shipping, the delay is 2 to 3 business days in Quebec and Ontario.
Elsewhere in Canada, the delay is 3 to 9 business days.
Depending on the type of package, a tracking number will be sent to you.

LATE DELIVERY

We mainly ship our packages by Canada Post and UPS. It is out of our control when the package is no longer in our possession, to guarantee the delivery times indicated above. That said, there are no refunds if your order arrives late.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

It is your duty to accurately indicate your information when entering your address when placing your order, including city, door number, street name, apartment / suite number if applicable, province and postal code. If an order is returned to us because the package could not reach its destination because the delivery information was incorrect, you will have to pay the return costs and you cannot be reimbursed for the initial delivery costs. Know that we work hard to create your products and deliver them to you as quickly as possible, so it is important to fill in this information correctly to avoid being penalized.
